Custom scrolls replace other quotes normally provided in the scroll box. Personalized messages must be relatively short in order to fit on the scroll: 3-4 sentences maximum.
Please leave custom scroll details in the notes to seller section at checkout. For pictures, please upload images via an email message to my Etsy shop with the "Ask a Question" button on the right. (Please note that only 3 photos per message can be uploaded via Etsy email.)

It usually takes 2-3 business days to make your scroll box. During certain holidays, the time may be extended to 1-2 weeks. It is then mailed with first class 3-5 day shipping. If you need your scroll box sooner, there are expedited shipping options available at checkout!
In order to protect our creative work, we do not provide a full list of quotes that are included in the scroll boxes. However, we provide several examples in the item listing description and photos, and hope that our excellent reviews will help you with your decision!
We have many different options to personalize your scroll box!
The inside of the chest lid can be customized with a personal message for free. You can include the details in the "Note from Buyer" section at checkout.
You can also choose to personalize the messages on the scrolls themselves. For example, including memories from children in a Mother's Day box or for a best friend who is moving away. Look for the "Custom Upgrade" listing in the "Custom" section of our shop! You can personalize just a few scrolls or all of them!
We can also include photos on the scrolls with quotes underneath them! This is a great option for birthdays and anniversaries and the custom upgrade listing can be found in the "Custom" section of our shop!
If your scroll box is shipping directly to the recipient, we are happy to include a free gift message that will be printed on decorative paper and placed outside of the wrapped scroll box!

If the scroll box is being shipped directly to the buyer, then a receipt is included in the package.

This was the perfect first anniversary gift. I loved that I was able to personalize everything because I was able to use lyrics from our favorite songs and words from cards I have written in the past. It came well wrapped and even though I couldn't inspect things without messing it up before gifting it I received verification of everything from the seller.
